SAR Estimation by Multi-Point Measurement with Optical Fiber Thermometer

Abstract(in English) Recently, The guideline for the localized SAR has been coerced with the spread of cellular phones in each country. Now, the SAR evaluation technique currently used most is the electric field probe scanning method. In this paper the localized SAR measurement method by multi-point with optical fiber thermometer is proposed. The measured result of SAR_<1g> is compared with the analysis value in the heat insulation state by the FDTD calculation. In the result the SAR measurement system with the optical fiber thermometer is possible to estimate the SAR_<1g> by the difference of about 3% at 2.0GHz and 2.4GHz.
