Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The performance of a coded MIMO spatial multiplexing system is investigated under frequency selective fading environments. Multiple transmitters send LDPC encoded information on the same carrier frequency and time slot. The receiver consists of MMSE filter and LDPC decoders. This receiver separates signals and suppressed interference by exchanging the probability information between an MMSE filter and LDPC decoders. The performance of this scheme with estimated channel information has not been investigated. However channel estimation is essential for the actual communication systems. It is important to evaluate of the performance degradation due to channel estimation. This paper shows the performance of this scheme in 4 x 4 MIMO system and reveals the effect of iteration and channel estimation on the bit error rate performance.
