Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This report deals with a prediction and a control methods of chaotic behavior of multi-agent systems based on the co-evolutionary Genetic Programming (GP) in the pricing in service facilities. At first,we mention a prediction method of chaos generating by supposing that an upper bound exists in the capacity of a service facility, and agents taking action of self-optimization about participation and leaving to a facility. In the extended system, assuming three types of agents, in which rational agents prefer forecast models (equations) to support their decision making, and irrational agents select decisions at random. Piecewise linear function is assumed in the decision of join/balk and in the restriction of capacity of facilities cause chaoticity. Then, we examine time-series of pricing depending on the parameters by simulation.
