Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A wideband low-noise multi-stage amplifier having resistive-loaded series feedback circuits is described. In order to achieve low noise, low VSWR, high gain, and high stability simultaneously, each stage amplifier employs a different approach for designing resistive-loaded series feedback circuits. As a result, the 3-stage amplifier presents the state-of-the-art wideband low-noise performance of 2.3 dB, gain of 20dB, input return loss of 5dB, output return loss of 10dB over 6 to 18 GHz.
