Abstract(in English) | A new formula have been proposed for analyzing arbitrary shaped-gratings. The formula is in very simple form, is suitable for all the gratings of arbitrary profiles, any depth, and any permittivity, and is perfectly closed for energy interaction. These characters and the availabily have been checked by numerical examples. |
