| Abstract(in English) | IEEE Global Communications Conference; Globecom 2002 sponsored by IEEE Communication Society was held at Taipei International Convention Center in Taipei, Taiwan from November 17 to 21. There were 21 tutorials on the first and the last days, and 80 symposiums and 6 workshops were held in 3 remaining days. In this article, we report the outline of the conference and summarize the technical topics discussed in the sessions according to satellite communications, wireless communications and content delivery networks. |
