Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The correlated nature of the input signal slows the convergence speed of stochastic gradient adaptive filters. This paper proposes a simple pre-whitening scheme for adaptive filters utilizing scrambling techniques that employ a pseudorandom noise sequence. This pre-whitening technique provides sufficiently uncorrelated input signals for stochastic gradient adaptive filters from the correlated autoregressive process and speech signal inputs. In addition, the proposed technique is effective in DC offset problem.
