Abstract(in English) | TWT has characteristics of High Power and High Efficiency, which is a key device in the field of satellite communications system. The Ka-band Internet broadband satellite segment is the fastest growing market. Low-cost TWT, which is the high power and high reliability amplifier device, is mostly required as a user terminal or base station of FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) system. By applying the thermionic cathode for CRT's (Cathode Ray Tube) to electron gun of TWT as cost reduction methods, the Low-cost TWT has been developed. |
