Abstract(in English) | First, MRAM and HDD were pointed to have similarity in operation principle, technology trend, and application. Next, progress in HDD technologies was analyzed in order to identify technological essentials of MRAM and improvements in writing efficiency, reading efficiency, and thermal stability were found three innovation points for HDD's recent progress. Finally, issues of MRAM were deducted and examples of the solution were introduced. |
