Abstract(in English) SrS:Cu films for blue EL elements were prepared by electron beam deposition method. An optimum deposition condition was investigated by varying various parameters, for example, annealing temperature, substrate temperature, concentration of Cu_2S emission center and so on. It was found that the substrate temperature of450℃ gave good film properties. An optimum value of Cu_2S concentration has not been determined yet.
