Abstract(in English) | We proposed the multilayered films with SrCuO_2 as infinite layer and ReO_3 as charge reservoir block in order to novel high-Tc superconductors. The tetragonal SrCuO_2 thin films which have high crystalinity were obtained by substrate heating and showed semiconducting behavior. The ReO_3 thin films were obtained by in-situ post-annealing and showed metallic behavior. The ReO_3/SrCuO_2 bilayered film was prepared and that resistivity was observed for the first time, however, superconductivity was not observed. |
