| 抄録(和) | ベイズの定理は従来から使用されてきたが,1960年代になって各方面で使用され多大の成果をあげて今日に到った.もちろん,信頼性関連においても故障分布関数のパラメータの推定などをはじめとして各方面に応用されてきた.その主な理由は,近年になって製品の信頼性向上と共に故障データが減少し,それにより故障分布関数の推定等が困難となり,それらの課題を克服したいという意図があった.しかし,ベイズの定理は1980年代から90年代にかけて急激に進化して,最近では階層ベイズモデルと言われ,それが定着するまでに到った.本報告では,ベイズの定理の変遷,また信頼性への応用に到る経過,さらに現在階層ベイズモデルと呼ばれる手法についても簡単に触れる.なお,ここではベイズの定理の概念とその変遷が中心であり,詳細な計算や手法については省略する. |
| 抄録(英) | The Bayes theory has been well known, and in 1960's it had been used to obtain very fruitful results in every region. Of course, in the field of reliability it has also been utilized for the statistical inference of the distributions, which control the failure of the many kinds of elements, devices, systems and so on. But, the Bayes theory evolved considerably from the 1980's to the 1990's, and recently based on the Bayes theory, the newly developed method was so called as the Bayesian hierarchical method. This report describes mainly the historical change of the concept of Bayes theory and reasons why this theory has been used widely in the reliability engineering, and moreover, touches on the Bayesian hierarchical method. |
