Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | We developed 4-channels bi-directional transceiver module for high-density MC apparatus used by the access system this time, and realized the reduction in the cost of a bi-directional module. The frontage size of a transceiver was the same as SFF, and realized 4-channels. We designed the sub-package structure of transmitter and receiver, and solved the problem of the mounting area reservation and heat dissipation characteristics, and increase of a crosstalk. As the result, the receiving sensitivity of 4-channels is as satisfactory as -36.3 to -33.2dBm practically. Our new design is very promising for large-scale integration of bi-directional transceiver. |
