Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Anti reflection films is coated to surface of CRT and LCD etc display. In this work, we demonstrate the high quality two-layer type AR films (luminous reflection under 1.0) using numerous micro pores for low refractive index layer. The low refractive index layer was fabricated by layer-by-layer self-assemble polyelectrolyte adsorption process and a brief exposure to acidic aqueous solutions. Therefore, high quality AR films, which luminous reflection is about 0.5, was realized by LBL adsorption system by using very low refractive index layer with numerous micro pores. And more the AR films had waterproof and mechanical strength by thermal curing. We propose new fabricating method for AR films.
