Abstract(in English) This paper describes output noise characteristics of a buck converter using drivers, which supply staircase voltage to MOSFETs. In order to avoid rapid output current change, the slew rate of the driver output voltage decreases when the voltage is near the power MOSFET threshold voltage. Operation of those drivers and switching noise reduction of the converter is discussed.
