Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we describe requirements for a search method based on detection of content transition in Web archives which contains whole Web contents from past to present. We conduct preliminary experiments by picking up keywords from the archive and comparing the frequency of appearance and time series patterns. The results are encouraging because time series patterns can be detected in the archive. We discuss time management method, identity of contents, and content ranking as the requirement of designing Web archive search engines. Finally, we also discuss the user interface of the search engines and results of the queries.
