Abstract(in English) | The author has engaged in research on piezoelectric crystals and devices over three decades. This paper introduces some studies on SH-type surface acoustic waves, distributed-parameter equivalent circuits for thickness-vibration waves and a SAW-IDT, broadband ultrasonic transducers, domain inversion phenomena induced by heat treatment of LiNbO_3 and LiTaO_3 crystals, piezoelectric thin-film resonators, and high-coupling KNbO_3 crystals, along with some anecdotes that have never been described in papers. |
