Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The distribution of acoustic cavitation is visualized by using aluminum foil and it is clarified that a standing sound field is formed even in the distorted field under acoustic cavitation. The behavior of the cavitation multi-bubbles and micro-jets which generate at the end of growing process of bubble are observed by high speed camera. As a result, the transient uneven distribution of sound pressure in the sound field with acoustic cavitation is confirmed. The power spectrum of the sound field with acoustic cavitation show that the secondary sound wave of 1/3 of induced frequency exits. It is caused by micro-jets and shock wave that generated at the end of growing process of bubbles.
