Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The shear horizontal surface acoustic wave (SH-SAW) sensor can detect liquid properties such as viscosity, density, relative permittivity, and conductivity due to mechanical and acoustoelectric interactions. However, in previous work, the detection of particles in suspension liquid, such as alcoholic fermentative mash, have not been succeeded. In this paper, we discuss the detection method of influence of particles in suspension liquid with the SH-SAW sensor. The blue paint is selected as the sample. The experimental results show that the SH-SAW sensor for the acoustoelectric interaction can detect the low concentration of sample and the sensor for the mechanical interaction can detect the higher concentration of the sample.
