Characterristic and Control of Liquids Atomization by Using SAW Streaming

Abstract(in English) It is possible to atomize the liquid using suface acoustic wave device. In this study, we examined experimentally on stable generation and directional control of the mist. We realized to generate a mist continuously by putting a filter paper which retained liquid on the SAW propagation surface. And also we can controll a mist direction with electrostatic force.
