| Abstract(in English) | It is possible to atomize the liquid using suface acoustic wave device. In this study, we examined experimentally on stable generation and directional control of the mist. We realized to generate a mist continuously by putting a filter paper which retained liquid on the SAW propagation surface. And also we can controll a mist direction with electrostatic force. |
