Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Observation of quantized energy levels in a Josephson junction is important for qubit application. In this study, energy levels quantization of a Josephson junction has been observed using single flux quantum (SFQ) circuits. High-speed and low-noise experiment can be performed by SFQ circuits due to their high-speed operation and low-power characteristics. Quantized energy levels have been observed at 4.2K, the temperature higher than the energy level spacing. |
