Basic property of superconductive spin polarized junction

Abstract(in English) We study experimentally tunneling transport properties of junctions between d-wave superconductor YBCO(YBa_2Cu_3O_<7-δ>) and ferromagnet LSMO(La_<0.67>Sr_<0.33>MnO_3). Superconductor/ferromagnet junctions have potentiality of the essential usage for injecting spin-polarized electrons into superconductor in novel device of superconductor spin electronics. Conductance spectra of two differently oriented YBCO/LSMO junctions were measured in magnetic field applied parallel to the junction plane up to 14T at below 1K. The measured conductance spectra of junction with (110) junction plane showed a sharp zero-bias conductance peak, but no its splitting with magnetic field. This result seems to be inconsistent with the model based on the weak coupling theory.
