Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the last time study, the frequency tunable performance of the high-temperature superconductivity microwave filter was reported. The filter was demonstrated using (1) large resonant frequency temperature dependency of a resonator as the filter component, (2) small coupling constant between the resonators, and (3) precisely temperature control refrigerating machine. In this present study, the controllability including the temperature stabilities of refrigerating machine and filter performance is shown as an experiment. And as a circuit design on temperature characteristics of those electromagnetic field coupling constants, various lumped element pattern dependencies are reported in detail.
