Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have been studying theory of the designing method which attains miniaturization and high efficiency of LSI, by realizing an impedance matching circuit with coplanar waveguide (CPW). A low noise amplifier (LNA), an electric power amplifier (PA), and a transceiver switch are designed using a SiGe BiCMOS process, and the method of impedance matching using the distributed constant circuit is proposed. The present design theory was carried out to wireless LAN (IEEE802.11b, center frequency 2.447GHz) as a target.
