Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have been developing an efficient and miniaturized HTS microwave receiver, which integrates a superconducting antenna combined with an n-pole bandpass filter as broad band matching circuit: they are composed of the meander coplanar waveguide (CPW) transmission line resonators and interdigital gap. In this paper, we present design of slot loop antenna, CMOS-LNA and theory for their matching circuit. These design were performed using the electromagnetic wave (EM) simulator. We also present experimental result of a miniaturized slot loop antenna with a matching circuit made of the YBCO film.
