Design Method of Miniaturizing Planar waveguide Bandpass Filter using Meander Lines

Abstract(in English) We have been presented the new design method of miniaturized high temperature superconducting coplanar waveguide (CPW) half-wavelength resonator bandpass filter (BPF) using cross coupling. For more size reduction. we introduce the design method of the meander line quarter-wavelength resonator BPF. The exact admittance- and susceptance-inverters are calculated by using the 2.5-dimensional electromagnetic field simulator (Agilent, ADS). The prototype YBCO miniaturized BPF (center frequency =10GHz, n=3, band width=1%) was also performed in the cryogenic temperature. Moreover, In order to realize the RF-system LSI (System On Chip), we designed and fabricated the miniaturized BPF on the CMOS chip. We make use of the conductor-backed CPW structure in order to isolate the loss of the substrate.
