Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) ln this paper, we discuss an evaluation method ofa maximum surface current density J_s dependence ofa surface resistance R_s of high temperature superconductors (HTS). In this method, a resonator is constructed by a sapphire rod and two HTS. The input coupling loop is adjusted to maintain the critical coupling. The output coupling loop is adjusted to realize a weak coupling. Thus, the efficient measurement can be performed. At first, the evaluation formula of J_s is derived. Then, the J_s dependence measurements of R_s of YBa_2Cu_3O_7 thick film are measured. As a result, it is found that the R_s at J_s=200A/m is about two times higher than one at J_s=3A/m in the range of 20 to 80K. Also, it is found that the R_s is the same as one of a copper plate at 80K and J_s=100A/m.
