Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | In tradition, the frequency domain is generally used in antenna measurement, such as antenna, impedance, and antenna power patterns. The antenna patterns measured by frequency domain is usually in the good quality anchoic chamber. If the absorbers of chamber is not good enough, the multiple reflection due to the absorbers will cause the uncertainty of measured antenna patterns. In this paper, an impulse time domain method will be introduced for antenna pattern measurements. By this time domain method, not only the multiple reflection due to anchoic chamber can be gated out but also the co-channel interference can be averaged out Antenna power patterns measured by these two methods will be compared and discussed. |
