Maximum Likelihood Multi-User Detection using Vitabi algorithm for MC-CDMA systems

Abstract(in English) This paper proposes the new orthogonal spreading codes which can keep orthogonality against the delay waves for MC-CDMA systems. This method changes the amplitude and the phase of each sub-carrier by using spectrums of orthogonal codes in the time domain. This paper also proposes maximum likelihood estimation by the Vitabi algorithm in order to improve the BER performance which was degraded by a channnel interference. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme achives the same BER performace as single user independently of multiplexing or delay shift.
