Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A novel spatial filtering technique for OFDM scheme called "VISA: Virtual Subcarrier Assignment" has been proposed. This paper presents a VISA with multiple virtual subcarrier puncturing, by which coexistence of multiple WPANs can be easily realized. An IEEE802.11a-based system employing the proposed VISA with multiple subcarrier puncturing is proposed and a weight control algorithm is presented for the proposed system in this paper. Furthermore, the performance of a proposed system with triple virtual subcarrier puncturing is evaluated by computer simulation.
