Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) University students took great interest in the case of the victim, in the consciousness research of information morals. It is important for information morals not only to gain a knowledge, but to put these attitudes into practice and to stimulate a reaction from within one's self. The author is developing Web-based Instructional Materials to simulate moral dilemmas. Students are able to judge the impact on society from the viewpoint of both victim and assailant of a moral role play. Any change in the student's practical attitudes from progress morality are verified using the Kohlberg Theory. This report is a pilot survey, about the development of the Web-based Instructional Materials for university students.
