| Abstract(in English) | The author examines the problems of the collection and use of personal data in business. He introduces the cases of misuse of personal data. Then he tries to apply the requirements for compliance program on personal information protection(JIS Q 15001) to the cllection and use of personal data in business. The author stresses the storong inspection of personal data processing in business. For the data protection he appeals a new data protection commissioner sysytem. |
