| Abstract(in English) | Convention on Cybercrime stated by the member States of the Council of Europe and the other States has large social effect in many aspects. However, the concerns of computer professionals are less mentioned. This paper looks over the activities of computer professionals in some countries and raises problem on the Convention on Cybercrime implementation in Japan. |
