Abstract(in English)	It seems that the relation between security and protection of personal data is not understood unexpectedly. Some people convinced that security is the protection of personal data itself. However, it is not rare for there to be the other various relations with a natural thing, and for both measure to be opposed to each other. If you do not understand this point exactly, an argument will get confused or a possibility that the suitable measures against protection of personal data cannot be taken will also comes out. Then, it describes the measure against protection of personal data to which necessity becomes clear in the process while arranging the relation between protection of personal data and security, and how it should be reflected in research or business while protection-of-personal-information technology is shown.
