Abstract(in English)	Schumpeter has described in his famous book titled "Theorie der wirtshaftlichen Entwicklung" that the idea "innovation" is the core of a business cycle model, and the effective development never occur continuously and is attended with "creative destruction" . The mass media pay strongly attention to this idea and desire to put it into practice for looking up the economic depression in Japan. However the relationship between innovation and ethics does not become the talk of the people. We believe that both ideas must combine tightly in information society, and consider in this paper what the practice of innovation should be.
