| 抄録(和) | シュンペーターはその代表作『経済発展の理論』において、『革新』(innovation)を景気循環モデルの核とし、「発展は決して連続的でなく、創造的破壊を伴うものである」ことを示した。ここ数年、国内メディアは、失われた十年といわれる景気の長期停滞ならびに現在の不良債権問題を脱して日本経済を再生させるには、「イノベーションの遂行」こそがそのカギを握るとの認識に立っているように見える.一方、「イノベーション」が「倫理」と関連づけて語られている論調は殆ど見かけない。しかしながら、われわれは情報社会においては、この両者は決して切り離して考えるべきではないとの立場に立っており、本文ではこの観点から「イノベーション遂行」のあり方について考察する。 |
| 抄録(英) | Schumpeter has described in his famous book titled "Theorie der wirtshaftlichen Entwicklung" that the idea "innovation" is the core of a business cycle model, and the effective development never occur continuously and is attended with "creative destruction" . The mass media pay strongly attention to this idea and desire to put it into practice for looking up the economic depression in Japan. However the relationship between innovation and ethics does not become the talk of the people. We believe that both ideas must combine tightly in information society, and consider in this paper what the practice of innovation should be. |
