Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | I have considered the potential of the LETS system to urban regeneration in this paper. Though there are some examples of LETS and other point card systems used in urban malls, but they does not contribute for the long-term development. Current systems are not intended to do so, but to activate un-used resources of the region. In this paper, I propose the 2^nd and 3^rd generation LETS system to develop urban malls in long term which includes 投資 functions. |
