Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As the increasing in circuit size, the importance of bridging fault diagnosis becomes larger. We have evaluated the diagnosability for single bridging faults based on Pass/Fail information, and showed that mistaken result may be obtained if a fault model is not the same as that of actual fault. In this paper, we analyze the relationship between test properties and the fault models, and show factors for which diagnosis is mistaken.
