| Abstract(in English) | IMTS is new transportation system that runs automatically with magnetic nails set on the guideway and controlsdistance between vehicles by communication. This system was evaluated by running tests on test track in the view point ofsafety and by running data on the actual operation in Awajishima in the view point of reliability. Furthermore, for the safety onthe Aichi World Exhibition will be held in 2005, dynamic simulation was executed. As the results, this system was judgedsafely and was approved of public transport by Ministry. This system will start actual running in 2005 as inner transport systemin Aichi World Exhibition places. |
