Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper we propose a false path detection method based on identification of relations between signals in combinational circuits. The method focuses on the idea that relations between signals implicitly represents sets of false paths and generates false paths without path enumeration in an delay-independent manner.
