Interconnect Modeling and Shape Optimization for High Speed Design

Abstract(in English) The electric characteristics of microstrip line and coplanar waveguide line for over GHz design have been measured. We also investigate their RLC dependency on wire width, spacing, and surrounding condition. The interconnect modeling and the optimal wire shape are discussed.
