| Abstract(in English) | WLAN's error characteristics is different from wired IP network's. In particular, packet duplication and out-of-order of packet arrival are typical errors in WLAN due to mechanism of transmission layer. In this paper, a unique jitter characteristics in wireless network of tandem connections is reported. This jitter occurs due to tandem WLAN connections and CSMA/CA, which is known as WLAN's media access control. IP network emulator, designed to emulate WLAN specific errors, is also reported. |
