Abstract(in English) This paper describes an extension of broadband networks and a creation of e-learning contents. In the former, broadband network expandability in optical wireless system is discussed, and the influence to transmission bandwidth by heavy snow fall is revealed. In the latter, e-learning contents made of university lectures were edited for various bandwidth broadband networks. It is also shown that the editing time to make e-learning contents could be shortened by coincidence of time-stump-codes in each video image. The outcome has contributed to the construction and the running of Fukui Information Super Highway(FISH) that has a bandwidth of 2.4Gbps.
