Abstract(in English) We developed a self-voicing browser running on cellular phones to assist persons with visual impairment to browse web pages. This self-voicing browser can read the webpage following user's cursor navigation and provides vocal key echoes while URL inputting. This self-voicing browser program was developed as an I-Application which can run on NTT DoCoMo's cellular phones.
