Abstract(in English) The communication of motion picture of sign language is becoming reality. It is important to derive encoding method parameter combination. This paper discusses the dictation test which was carried out by deaf subjects about motion picture of sign language. The results show that 10fps and over for sign motion picture desire and between frame rate and bit rate by sign language word differ.
