Abstract(in English) BPLOT is a plotting system for tactile graphics that first enables the totally blind produce tactile graphics by themselves, which has been almost impossible so far. Because BPLOT utilizes plotter control commands and describes figures by a set of plotter control commands that is editable by text editors, BPLOT enables not only the sighted but also the totally blind to produce tactile graphics by themselves.
