Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In is considered that any utterance of dialogue has functions enabling real-timely and easily understanding to hear itself and to control dialogue smoothly in spite of its volatile characteristics. Prosody plays a very important role not only in spoken dialogue (aural language) but also in sign dialogue (visual language) and finger Braille (tactile language). For these reasons, it is more important to incorporate these functions into the communication support systems for persons with disabilities rather than those for non-handicapped persons.
