| Abstract(in English) | A people with intellectual disabilitiesis is beginning to use the Internet as the new communication method in their communities. However, it is difficult for them to use the Internet in the points of some operations. We know the fact from the result of the investigation conducted at the personal computer school,which is for the people with intellectual disabilitiesis in Kitakyushu. We propose the Web interface PCT (Personal Communication Tool). PCT is the support tool of the Internet use for a people with intellectual disabilitiesis. |
