| 抄録(和) | 近年、その場に集まったノードが一時的なネットワークを構成するアドホックネットワークが注目されている。その中で、通常インターネットに接続されているノードが、ホームのネットワークを離れアドホックネットワークに接続した場合のインターネットとの相互接続に関する検討も行われている。従来の検討では、このような状況にMobile IPを適用する場合、アドホックネットワークにおけるゲートウェイがフォーリンエージェントとして機能し、Agent Advertisementメッセージをマルチホップに広告するという方式がとられていた。しかし、この方法では、アドホックネットワーク上に過度のメッセージのフラッディングが行われるという問題点があった。これに対して筆者らは、アドホックルーチング自身が移動管理の機能を有していることに着目し、AODV(Ad hoc On-demand Distance Vector)ルーチングを対象として、Mobile IPとAODVの機能を融合させたインターワーク方式について検討している。本稿では、その詳細について述べる。 |
| 抄録(英) | Recently, ad hoc networks are widely studied, which provide dynamic and multihop routing among mobile nodes getting together by change. Such a study includes the interconnection between the Internet and ad hoc networks. When a node used to connected with its home network joins an ad hoc network with the same IP ad dress as that in the home network, the node wants to communicate with other nodes in the Internet as well as those in the ad hoc network. In the previous studies, the Mobile IP is applied to this situation as it is. In this scheme, the gateway between the Internet and the ad hoc network works as the Foreign Agent, and Agent Advertisement messages are periodically flooded into the ad hoc network using multihop mechanism among the nodes in the network. This scheme has a serious problem that the messages introduce heavy overhead in the network. On the other hand, we are proposing a scheme that, focusing on AODV (Ad hoc On-demand Distance Vector) routing as a ad hoc routing protocol, combines the functions of Mobile IP and AODV, based on the consideration that ad hoc routing protocol includes the function coping with the node mobility. This paper describe the details of our scheme. |
