Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the ubiquitous society based on the Internet, existing services will overcome the constraints such as time and distance and new service model will be created. In this research, we have developed a system named "Internet Training System" which allows everyone to get professional assistance for improving health and physical conditions anytime, anywhere. Throughout this research we have installed the system to 10 households in Fuji-sawa-city, Kanagawa and have conducted the experiment for 2 months. As a result, Internet Training System was proven to be effective.
